With authorized service agents (ASA) located throughout our nationwide network, Unified Brands stands ready to assist customers with products located throughout the kitchen — from refrigeration, ventilation and cooking equipment to ware washing and meal delivery.

  • With the strength of our network and service technology, Unified Brands offers professionally managed service delivery programs for all of your needs, regardless of the equipment manufacturer or warranty status. The Central Services program includes:
    • Central dispatch – single point of contact for service dispatching in and out of warranty
    • Central maintenance – managed preventative maintenance or installation on a national or large regional scale
    • Central invoice – management of all service invoices, analyzed and batched for equipment trend analysis
    • Central reporting – industry break through offering of life cycle cost analysis
  • Our network of ASA expert technicians receive extensive training annually to remain current in order to provide the best service on all of our product lines including webinars, in-house training at our company locations and regional training in the field
  • Our expectations of our ASA network companies to deliver quality performance is measured against pre-determined standards and reported as part of a detailed report card process.
