This position is responsible for maintaining product agency compliance including new product submissions, design changes, and compliance audits.
Technical Service Dispatcher
This position acts as the primary person to administer the duties required to execute Technical Service Dispatch Services through our Authorized Service Network (ASA). Maintain the ASA daily dispatch schedules and call completions. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are needed and received. Maintain the call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, including keeping internal and external customers appraised as to service schedule.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
This position will fill in for the supervisor in his/her absence and will hold team accountable to company policies. It will be responsible for ensuring line is following production schedules and meeting labor efficiency goals for area assigned.
This position is responsible for establishing and monitoring performance measurements along with capacity planning in order to meet customer demand. It will also be responsible for managing hourly and salaried labor resources to meet PFP metrics.
